Frequently asked questions

What kinds of corruption can this fix?

Incomplete downloads, interrupted email transfers, partial storage errors, and truncated files. It cannot recover data that was physically overwritten or deleted.

What if the repair doesn't work?

Severely corrupted PDFs where the core data is missing cannot be recovered. In that case, try to find the original source file.

Is my file safe?

Files are uploaded over HTTPS and deleted from our server immediately after your download.
